Jewelry is prepared individually and is shipped within 7 to 14 business days from order.

Delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.

It is the buyer responsability to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange within 7 days of receipt on unworn jewelry.

Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.

Return costs will be borne by the customer and a refund will be made after verification of the order to be reshipped to us .

Refund fees may be charged , calculated on the amount of the order , these are management fees up to 5%.
